ICT Group and TTTech Auto strengthen InMotion race car with powerful new ECU

The InMotion race car of TU Eindhoven has recently been equipped with an advanced Electronic Control Unit (ECU) from our partner TTTech Auto equipped with ICT Group’s model-based Motar software. This upgrade represents a major step forward in the development of the electric race car.

The new ECU offers numerous advantages:

• More sensor inputs and outputs, which increases data processing and reliability
• Additional CAN buses, keeping communication more stable and preventing overload
• Modern software from Motar, which allows fast development and flexibility
• Enough computing power to drive heavier control algorithms, such as an advanced Energy Management System
